How we handle information submitted to Moncan.
A short explanation of the data this website collects when you contact Moncan or request company updates.
Effective October 12, 2026. This notice applies to the Moncan Energy website at moncanenergy.com.
1. Information we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, organization, inquiry type and message. When you request email updates, we collect your email address and affirmative subscription consent.
2. How we use it
We use inquiry information to review and respond to communications, maintain business correspondence, and, where appropriate, discuss opportunities. If you explicitly subscribe, we may use your email to send occasional Moncan company updates. We do not treat subscribing as an application to invest.
3. Website service providers
Website forms are designed to be processed through Netlify’s hosted form service. Netlify or other infrastructure providers may process submission data and standard technical information needed to deliver, secure and operate the site. External font resources may also receive ordinary technical requests from visitors' browsers.
4. Retention and access
We aim to retain submissions only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated business purpose or applicable obligations. Access should be limited to personnel or service providers who require it for those purposes. Please do not send sensitive financial or confidential transaction records through the general contact form.
5. Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted, or withdraw consent to company-update emails, by contacting info@moncanenergy.com. Some records may need to be retained as required by applicable law.
6. Website technology
This website uses external font resources and ordinary hosting infrastructure. We have not intentionally implemented advertising pixels or behavioural analytics in this version. Your browser and hosting providers may still process necessary technical data.
